Basic booth space is 10' x 10' and includes one table and two chairs.
Accessible! Exhibitor Hospitality room will be inside the Convention Center in the Seamist Room.
Convenient! Basic breakfast staples such as coffee, doughnuts, and fruit, will be available both Saturday 9am-2pm and Sunday 9am-11am.
Choices! For lunch on Saturday we will be offering grab and go box lunches which will include sandwiches, chips, fruit, cookie, and various drinks. There will be a gluten free option of a large salad.
Timing is everything! Orders must be submitted to us by 10:30am, no exceptions, as we don't want to stress the caterers out : ) Please give your lunch order form to one of our friendly Hospitality volunteers when they come around to your booth, or bring it to the Seamist Room! Then Hospitality volunteers can bring your lunch to you near the time you choose!
