Keynote Speaker

Neil Rapp (WB9VPG) — honored as the 2025 Hamvention Amateur of the Year and recipient of numerous other awards. Neil is a long-time teacher who is passionate about introducing amateur radio to as many young people as possible.

We'll also hear short talks from ARRL dignitaries including Mark Tharp (KB7HDX), Northwestern Division Director.
