Booth Information

We are currently accepting applications for exhibitors for SEA-PAC 2026. We plan to expand the booth count this year and fill some of the space left vacant last year.

Exhibitor Hospitality

All hospitality services are free to exhibitors. The hospitality room will be inside the Convention Center.

Breakfast Coffee, doughnuts, and fruit available Saturday & Sunday mornings.
Saturday Lunch Grab-and-go box lunches with sandwiches, chips, fruit, cookie, and drinks. Gluten-free salad option available.
Delivery Hospitality volunteers can bring lunch directly to your booth.
Order Deadline Lunch orders must be submitted by 10:30 AM — no exceptions.
