Welcome to SEA-PAC 2026! All attendees are asked to follow the local policies of Clatsop County, the City of Seaside, and the Seaside Civic & Convention Center.
SEA-PAC attendees may be required to follow health and safety requirements stipulated by the State of Oregon, Clatsop County, City of Seaside, or the Seaside Civic & Convention Center at the time of the conference.
Your agreement to adhere to any potential safety requirements is required for attendance. Not following required safety measures will result in non-admission to all indoor SEA-PAC activities with no refund.
Only trained service dogs or service dogs in training, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, are permitted in the building. The ADA defines a service animal as a dog individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.
Dogs or therapy animals whose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA, even with a doctor's note.
Service animals must be under the control of the individual at all times and must be housebroken. Should your dog act out, become aggressive, or bark at others, you will be asked to leave.
