SEA-PAC 2021 Registration


On-line and mail-in registration opens on 15 February 2021

Convention Center Registration Hours:

Friday: 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM - Walk-in Workshop Registration only

Friday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM - General Registration

Saturday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Sunday: 8:30 AM to 12:00 Noon

You can register at the convention door during the above hours for $15 per adult, or save money by using one of the options below to submit your registration at the reduced rate of only $10 per adult.

Tickets will start being processed for mailing on April 15th. 

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other international destination and/or registered for the Friday Workshop your tickets are not mailed.

Friday Workshop participant tickets will not be mailed and you can pick up the tickets the check in for that workshop. All other tickets are held at Will Call.

Flea Market Table Renters: SEA-PAC Flea Market is a service to those selling or trading used ham gear.  Table renters displaying new equipment may be asked to remove it if a Commercial Exhibitor (Main Floor) objects.  A few tables may have power available.

Early Bird Awards - Deadline Apr 15, 2021: As in past years, there is also a special Early Bird prize drawing for registrations made on-line by Apr 15, 2021 or mailed in and postmarked no later than Apr 15, 2021.

SEA-PAC Lanyard: The SEA-PAC lanyard, introduced in 2016, will again be available for $5.00. They can be purchased on-line as part of the registration menu or purchased at the convention. Those previously purchasing the lanyard that bring them can receive a free lanyard booklet by showing the lanyard at the information desk.

On-line registration and payment: Again this year, you have the option of filling out your SEA-PAC registration form and paying on-line through this website. This also includes flea-market tables, workshops, workshop luncheon, DX & YL luncheons and banquet reservations. You can pay either with PayPal or a credit card through PayPal and your registration will be automatically submitted. There is no extra cost for the convenience of registering and paying on-line; in-fact, it saves you the cost of a stamp.

Registration may be purchased at the door, during the convention.

On-line Registration will close at 11:59 PM PDT on May 26, 2021.

Mail-In Registration and payment: If you prefer, you can still mail in your registration form and pay with a check or money order. In that case, you also have the option of filling out the SEA-PAC registration form using your computer, or, if you prefer, you can print out a blank form and fill it in by hand. Either way, after you have completed the form simply enclose it in an envelope with a check or money order and mail it to the address shown on the form.

Registration may be purchased at the door, during the convention.
